When will I receive my order?
Shipment processing time for domestic order will be between 3-8 business days as follows:
- All orders are processed and placed with the supplier within 1 business day from customer payment clearing.
- Distributor order processing varies according to the distributor but usually takes 1-5 days depending on payment clearance times and the efficiency of the distributor and the volume of orders being processed.
- Courier delivery times are usually 1-2 business days depending upon the distance involved. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for the delivery for high volume times of the year such as post-Black Friday and pre Xmas. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where is my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Should you have any issues with the courier please contact the courier and provide them with the relevant UA reference number or collection request number when querying a shipment.
Can I return products I have bought?
Please refer to our returns policy. Generally the answer is yes if it is not apparel and the items are in their original un-opened condition, including tags, booklets, and labels. It is preferred that customers use the same shipping box in which the items arrived.
How do refunds for returns work?
The refund will be issued to original payment method. A restocking fee will apply to some returns and this will be determined by the supplier or distributor. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
What items can't I return?
All apparel products are currently non-returnable. So make sure you use the size guide and pick the right size. Sorry, but we have to abide by the terms and conditions of our suppliers.
What size T-shirt should I buy?
Only you can answer this question so be honest with yourself and use a tape measure to look it up on this guide:
How to order?
Place your order online. We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.
How do I know a product is in stock?
We are reliant on our suppliers to provide us accurate stock information so it is possible that a product may not be in stock. In this case we will e-mail you and ask you if you would like to wait for there to be stock or if you would like a refund.
Do you match competitor's prices?
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayFast. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing. We do not accept Bitcoin or other virtual currency.
Can you ship multiple orders?
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Can you change the address on an order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to ship beyond South African borders yet.
